The house has a contemporary open floor plan. It was built in 2002 and is sited on a 12,180 square ft corner lot. Soaring ceilings and an open, versatile layout lends to a modern look. Open living room, dining room and kitchen greet you upon entry.



Three Bedrooms
First floor Owner en Suite has vaulted ceilings, a beautiful view of the yard, and access to the wonderful screened in porch. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed and a trundle bed comfortably sleeping a family of four. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and a connecting full bathroom. Three bathrooms in total - 2 full and 1 half.



Sleeps Ten People
The house sleeps up to 10 people. The bedrooms have a king size bed, twin trundle bed, and two queen size beds. The living room has a queen convertible couch.



Two Balconies
Enjoy a beautiful sunset on one of the balconies.The second floor has two balconies. Enter one balcony when you reach the top of the staircase. Enter a second balcony with a large deck through one of the bedrooms.



Wonderful Location
The house is located on a quiet street and walking distance to the marina, town, shops, dining, cafes, historical sites and more. Take an enjoyable bike ride or five-minute drive to the beach.
Newport
Newport is a short drive away, just across the Newport bridge. Or take the ferry! Enjoy shopping, restaurants or a night out on the town.
Ferry
Walk to the marina where you can take a ferry ride to Newport and back.
Beach
The house is equipped with beach towels. Sandy Mackerel Cove, also known as Jamestown Town Beach, is sheltered from the currents of Narragansett Bay, making it a great spot for families.
